Purple Heather Shawlette
by Karen Tate
The idea behind this pattern was to create a mini asymmetrical shawl with just one skein of your favourite yarn. It will add some pizzazz to any outfit.
It is an advanced beginner pattern with a repeat pattern. It is a quick make with beautiful results. You can make it your own using solid yarn, variegated or gradient and add a tassel if you wish. There are instructions to increase the size of your shawlette.
Fingering weight yarn is recommended; I used 400m/437yds of Merino Nylon Sock and a 3.5mm hook.
Finished measurements (using recommended yarn): Wingspan 104cm/41” / Length from neckline to tip of the triangle 41cm/16”
