Materials Needed:
6mm Hooks
Worsted #4 weight yarn - 2 colors - 175 total yards
Sewing needle
Sewing pins
Stitch Markers
(2) 1 inch key rings
1 piece of 18 x 10 inch fabric in a coordinating color (optional)
Sewing Machine (not 100% necessary, but very helpful)

Notes:
This pattern creates a 9.5 inch circle purse with 1 long strap that ties together.
It is written in US terms.
You will need to know sc, hdc, dc, shell, V, FLO, inc, and dec.
You will also need to know simple braid and twist techniques. There are pictures to help you along with that.
This purse is made in 9 pieces, and then crocheted together.
This is a mostly no-sew pattern.
There will be instructions and a youtube link at the end of the pattern to help you sew a fabric lining if you choose.

Abbreviations & Terms - US Terminology:
Ch - chain
Sc - single crochet
Sl St - slip stitch
Hdc - half double crochet
Dc - double crochet
Shell - 3 double crochet in the same stitch
V - 2 double crochet in the same stitch
FLO - front loop only
Inc - increase - work 2 stitches in the same stitch
Dec - decrease - single crochet 2 together
C1 - color 1 - Red Heart Buff
C2 - color 2 - Red Heart Blue
St - stitch
R - round/row
- stitch count and added notes
Join - sl st into chain or stitch

Gauge:
7 hdc x 5 rows = 2x2”
