Thank you to all who have used this pattern to learn how to brioche. I wrote this pattern for a class I taught back in 2017, both were new and exciting experiences for me.

I’m here now, with new experiences, and more knowledge, to give a refresh to this pattern. I’ll have a video shortly as I prepare to teach another class in Portland this year.
