Pushkar Lake Blouse
Design: Camilla Ette Gotfredsen, DesignEtte.Denmark

In Rajasthan in India, a few hours driving from Jaipur towards the desert in the west, lies the city of Pushkar. This is where one finds ’Pushkar Lake’, the sacred lake of the Hindus. Hindus believe that water from this lake relieves you from all sins. It is supposed to be free, say the hindu priests, but a minimum charge must be paid.
Having passed the priests and descended the stone stairs to the shore, one has a beautiful view over the lake framed by blue, white and pink buildings, with women dressed in colourful saris reflected in the still water.
