I wanted to support the Pussyhat Project, but knew it would be too hot where I live to wear a hat on Saturday, 21st January, 2017, so I decided to make a little brooch - and I thought others may like to whip one up too.

This little brooch only takes a small amount of yarn, and a simple safety pin. Any yarn weight can be used, with its appropriate needles or hooks (the example used DK 8 ply and 2.5mm needles). Two flat sides are knitted then seamed, and the pattern now includes a knit-in-the-round version or CROCHET version too.
