I found that the last row was beginning to get a bit “ruffled” if I did more than slip stitch it, so if you are going to sc the last row or make this any larger, you might want to do one less chain in each corner anytime after the second crab stitch. Not in the body of the square as that will put the V’s off incorrectly.

This comes to about 9” as patterned.
