The main colour ends are made with a combination of front post and back post stitches. This stitch combination creates a thicker textured fabric which forces the edge to curve in from the sides.

The shawl is worked in turned rounds starting with a centre row and working out. The piece is turned between each round, this ensures each colour remains in its section. The last colour worked at the end of the round is the first colour worked at the start of the next. Chains are counted as a stitch. Colour changes made at the start of a round are hidden by the increased stitches in the chain spaces.

Tassels are a fun addition, these can be made with remaining yarn, in any colour combination you choose.
