This gorgeous scarf features three different yarns that, when used together, create five distinct color and textured stripes.

The pattern is designed for two fingering weight yarns and one lace mohair yarn.

Gauge is not super important for this project and in fact, will vary depending on what panel area you are working. You do want to get a nicely draping fabric, so choose your needle sizes accordingly. By this same token, any weight yarn could be used for this project, but keep in mind, it will get bulkier in the areas where two yarns are held together. So, go for it. You do you.

This rectangular scarf is worked from the “bottom” up, so it can be made as long as you would like.
