Queen Anne's Lace Scarf
This decorative lace scarf is an attractive accessory: casual enough to wear it with jeans and beautiful enough to wear it with a classic evening dress.
The pattern in this manual goes back on a traditional, hundreds of years old crochet lace. The legend says that it was designed by Queen Anne of Denmark (1574-1619), who was known to be an expert lace maker.
The scarf can be crocheted in a few hours, in 2-3 evenings you might call this scarf your own!
This pattern can be done with a 100g skein of plain yarn (run length 150-200m/100g) to bring out the beautiful lacy effect.
Queen Anne’s Lace Scarf is a gorgeous piece to wear! It is an easy way to spice up your wardrobe - try a colour that matches or contrasts with your favourite outfits!
This is a traditional pattern - not under my copyright :-)
But I worked out a good manual and designed a crochet diagram which makes it really easy to create this wonderful lace scarf - and (please see picture 5) I created a technique to join two or more scarves to a larger version of Queen ANNE’s Lace Scarf if desired.
Die Anleitung ist auch in DEUTSCH erhältlich!
