MATERIALS
COTTON OR VEGETABLE FIBER is suggested worsted weight : 150 mts/100grs or similar weight to achieve the gauge. In the example (size 1) a “MODISTA” cotton mid was used.

YARN:
main color (white color): 56 (66) gr / 91 (108) yds / 84 (99) mts
contrasting color (pink color): 42(52) gr / 68 (82) yds / 63 (75) mts

NEEDLES: Circular needles us 7 / 4.5mm (crown and visor) and US 8 / 5mm (all colorwork) with cable 80 cm long to work the rounds with magic loop (or a set of double-pointed needles), necessary for the gauge.

OTHERS: marker beginning of the round (mbor), 7(8) markers according to size, chart, round counter, tapestry needle, scissors, crochet hook 4mm / G6

GAUGE
20 stitches and 24 rows in 10 cm in circular knitting.
Use in colorwork. (US 8 / 5mm needles)

NOTES
The hat begins to be knitted from the top down. Circular cast on is suggested (with crochet hook). At the base of the crown and visor, use smaller needles than the number you used for the gauge.

Se sugiere ALGODON O FIBRA VEGETAL grosor worsted: 150 mts/100grs O GROSOR SIMILAR para lograr la muestra. En el ejemplo (talla 1) se utilizó cotton mix de modista, o cotton mid de revesdercho 155 mts/ 100grs.

GRAMOS SUGERIDOS:
color principal (color blanco): 56(66) gr /84(99)mts
color contrastante (color rosa): 42(52) grs / 63(78)mts

AGUJAS: Agujas circulares 4,5mm (coronilla y visera) y 5mm (todo colorwork) de cable 80 cm de largo para trabajar las rondas con magic loop (o un juego de agujas de doble punta), necesario para la muestra.

OTROS: marcador de inicio de vuelta (miv), 7(8)marcadores según talla, gráfico, contador de vueltas, aguja lanera, contador de vueltas, tijeras.

MUESTRA
20 puntos y 24 vueltas en 10 cm en tejido circular. Usar en colorwork. (agujas 5mm)

NOTAS
En este Patrón se mantendrán algunas abreviaturas de tejido, en su lengua de origen (inglés): m1r, RLi. con su respectiva explicación en español (pág 3). El gorro se comienza a tejer desde arriba hacia abajo. Se sugiere el urdimiento circular. (circular cast on). En la base coronilla y visera, usar unas agujas más pequeñas que el número que utilizaste para la muestra.
