Queensgloves
I was looking for a snug fitting fingerless glove pattern using a lace weight yarn, and couldn’t find one that did all of what I wanted, so I made one myself! While this is sized for the small-average sized ladies’ hand, using a larger hook and / or sizing up the yarn once would make a larger sized glove. This glove could also be extended either up the arm, or further up the fingers by adding rows at particular pattern points, which are indicated within.
1 Ball of Patons’ Lace will yield 2 pair of gloves, on average, unless you add more rows per the pattern.
Using Patons Lace “Bonfire” and starting at just where the varigation is darkest will yield a glove that’s dark at the cuff and flames up to the light at the knuckle.
Please message me on Ravelry if you have any concerns / questions re: this pattern. Happy to help!
Special thanks to Jess Charlton for pattern testing with me. :)
