This pattern is easily adjustable to fit any type of mug and is great for beginner knitters!

It starts with a long tail cast on, works in stockinette stitch, and then casts off so it’s a perfect quick knit. If you prefer a tighter knit you can go with US 7 (4.75mm) needles or for a slightly looser cosy you can use a US 8 (5mm), this is what was used in the picture for the pattern. About 1/6 of a 225yd skein was used, making you able to make quite a few of these from one skein if you want.
