This is for matching wrist guards that wrap around the middle finger and down the back of the hand, then around the forearm. These would be great for fairs, cosplay, and the like.

These guards are made to fit you and are completely customizable. You can make these as long or as short as you like, and as tight or as loose.

The gauge is not really important, and the yarn weight and hook size are completely up to you. Please take this pattern as a guideline rather than a strict set of directions. As long as you are happy with your end result, then it doesn’t matter if you used a lighter yarn with a smaller hook or a heavier yarn with a bigger hook. Again, it’s completely up to you. I used less than half a skein of WW yarn and a G+ hook.
