I created this pattern as a fast and simple way to make lots of catnip mice in a short amount of time. I donate these mice to the cat rescue organization that I work with. They sell the mice at events to raise funds to pay expenses.

This mouse works up in just about 20 minutes. And because its made in one piece, there is no sewing necessary. This is also a great scrap buster since each mouse takes only about 12 yards (11 meters) of yarn to make.

The pattern includes step-by-step instructions and detailed photos. Stitches used include chain, single crochet and bobble stitch (instructions are included).

You may make this mouse for yourself, for a gift or for donation. I also give permission to sell the finished mice but ask that you consider donating the proceeds to your local cat rescue organization.
