I love decorating my home with snowflakes and stars at Christmas, they look beautifully crisp. I use them in garlands around the tree, over the dresser, along the staircase – absolutely anywhere I can hang them! And I use individual hanging ones as simple decorations.

These 4 designs are really quick to make and do not use any complex stitches. You could have your home snowy and sparkly in no time.

The sizes vary from 8cm to 12cm across.

They could be made in any yarn provided you use a suitable hook size. And the stars would look lovely in any colour and could be used year round, not just at Christmas!
