Ladies sideways knitted stocking stitch sweater has boat neckline and shoulder cut outs over loose fitting 3 quarter length sleeves. The garment is made in two pieces, each piece took under 1hr to produce so it’s a really quick item to knit.

Written in one size (36”-41”, 91-104cm bust) this pattern can easily be adapted to other sizes as the body is knitted sideways! We’ve included some guidance on adjusting the pattern. Aimed at intermediate to advanced ability, the pattern is written in text format.

The garment was created using Yeoman Grigna yarn, however any yarn could be used providing the tensions are matched or the pattern adjusted accordingly. A synthetic yarn is recommended as they can be pressed flat and drape well, you need a yarn that does not hold any spring or stretch after pressing!
