This cowl is knit in the round from the bottom up. It is split into two (2) sections: the front with a lattice cable and the back made up of a “purse” stitch. Both sections are knit at the same time and uses a Stitch Marker to easily show when you’re switching from one section to the other.

SIZING DETAILS

When laid flat: 11 inches wide, 10.5 inches tall. Circumference: 24
inches.

To increase or decrease the width, adjust in an even number of stitches. Include or reduce additional stitches in the
second Section of each round (i.e. purse stitch at the back of the work).

Gage - 8 Sts (row) x 12 Sts (height) = four inches squared in stockinette stitch.

Yarn - 2 x Skeins of “Wool Ease Thick and Quick” by Lion Brand Yarns

• Super Bulky - Size 6
• Net Weight per skein: 5 oz / 140g 87 yd/80m
• Total amount of yarn used was 100m (just over 1 skein)
