These booties are a quick knit using bulky chenille yarn with size 10.5 needles. They are very soft, warm and easy to care for. Mine are washed in the washer and dryer with dark clothings. They do stretch some with wear, but the wash does restore it’s size. They are less slippery than wool, so it would work great for hard floorings. A women’s size 6-7 booties only has 20 to 24 stiches per row and about 35 rows total. Suggestions for larger sizes are added in each of the section. This can also be knitted 2 at a time using the circular needles (complete the cast on plus one row before casting on for the 2nd bootie, then knit as you would for 2 socks at the same time).
