This skirt is a really fast knit because it is knit at 4.25 sts/1” gauge.

Little girls like to twirl and love a skirt that swirls around. This little skirt does just that! It has 3 tiers that increase in size/ circumference. That is what makes this skirt swirl around so nicely.

The skirt is worked from the top down. It can easily be tried on while being knit (just place sts onto a holder or long cabled circular needle), and thus can be adjusted in length for a custom fit!

I made them for my daughters who are 5 and 6 years old. Of course they wanted them to be exactly the same colors. They would look nice if they were worked in different colors for every tier!
