Quick Mock Cable Scarf

This is a quick scarf suitable for a confident beginner. It includes a mock cable and ribbing stitch and a moss stitch border.
This is knit using 2 strands of worsted weight yarn (or probably half that amount in something chunky). Dimensions: 8” wide (to 10” if you stretch it) x 60” long“. I used ALL of a single skein. Decreasing the number of border stitches will get you a longer, but narrower, scarf.
Gauge is not essential, but in the example, 1 repeat of the mock cable was about 3” wide by 2.5” long.
