This simple and adorable pickle comes together in about 20 minutes! I created this pattern specifically to sell the finished pickles at markets, because they are quick, but still substantial in size and adorable to look at, hence the name: quick pickle. I hope you enjoy making this pattern.

Abbreviations:
St: stitch
SC: single crochet
MR: magic ring
Rnd: round
Inc: increase
3DC bobble: A bobble stitched with 3 double crochet. Please note, this bobble is done in one stitch. (a link to a video tutorial is available in the pattern)
Dec: decrease (I do an invisible decrease)
F/O: fasten off

Materials:
I used a 5mm hook
(If you want your pickle larger, go with 6 or 7mm, smaller 4.5 mm. Anything under 4.5mm will be difficult with this size of yarn, however.)

Size 6 super bulky chenille, velvet, or blanket yarn.
I used loops and threads chenille home slim from Michael’s in kombu green. Sweet Snuggles, Parfait Chunky, and Bernat blanket are other options.
