Quick Scrappy Cowl
This is one of those super quick simple projects that’s great for travel (or TV binging) since there’s no stitch pattern to memorize. Better yet, you can use any two contrasting weight yarns, which I think makes for a great stash busting project.

For this pattern I used some left over sock yarn and some worsted weight wool.
Gauge
4 sts per inch in garter (size 5 needle, worsted weight yarn)
Supplies
Size 8 - 16 inch circular needles
Size 5 – 16 inch circular needles
Super fine yarn (approximately 1 ounce or 100 yards)
Worsted weight yarn (less than 50 yards)
Stitch Marker
Tapestry Needle
Finished size
20 inches in circumference
Finished Cowl with three repeats of the pattern measured 7 inches tall
Finished cowl with four repeats, measured 9.5 inches tall.
