Quickly Knitted, Easily Washed

Here’s a good jumper

NOTHING washes and wears so well as a “Totem” jumper. This one is the chic tailored sort which will give you endless wear. It is very quick to knit, too.

MATERIALS.—12oz. Paton’s “Totem”
knitting wool and loz. Paton’s Super,
Scotch Fingering, 4-ply.

Original uses blue “Totem,” No. 1909, with
white Fingering.

A pair No. 7 and a pair No. 5 needles.
Four press-studs.

MEASUREMENTS.—To fit 34-inch
bust; length from top of shoulder,
19in.; sleeve seam. 4in.

TENSION.—Five stitches to an inch,
measured over work on No. 5
needles.
