After volunteering in Peru, (www.peruschallenge.com) this pattern was designed to assist the Mamas group in Quillahuata, Peru, to use their beautiful alpaca yarn to showcase the product.
There are no rules and the pattern is a quide, so any textures can be incorporated, also any yarn that will give the approximate measurements. You can add to the pattern and do more increases to make bigger, but as you will see from the photos these measurements do work well.
Any proceeds from this pattern will be returned to the mamas to enable them to produce more and more beautiful work. Please enjoy.
