This is a PDF pattern with step-by-step instructions (with pictures) detailing how to make the Halloween Garland. This garland is made up of crochet rectangles that are then layered to make 3D designs much like paper quilling. It is a perfect project to learn how to crochet due to only single crochet stitches used and no increasing/decreasing (or the dreaded magic ring/circle)!

I used worsted-weight yarn for the photos, however, any weight can be used as long as the yarn type and weight are uniform between all colors used.
