If you’ve done any of my other pocket shawl patterns, this one is going to rock your world! It looks completely seamless!! I am astounded how the structure of this shawl and the quilted pattern (also known as the alpine stitch) came together in a virtually seamless way that I wasn’t even expecting! It is built almost the same way as my other patterns with a slight adjustment in the order of steps.

This pattern requires NO sewing.

My finished shawl is 65” long and 16” wide. The pockets are 6” wide and 7” deep. If you are a tight crocheter, you may need to go up a hook size to achieve the same results as mine.

Gauge: 11 stitches and 7 rows in 4” square (double crochet)
