The perfect transition piece, these fingerless mittens will keep the chill off your hands for those days where bare hands just won’t do! However, they leave your fingers free to text, knit, and crochet in the warming or cooling weather of spring and autumn. A super quick knit, these will feel like they fell off your needles!

Materials: Zen Yarn Garden Serenity Worsted, 80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon. 200 yd/4 oz . 130 yards - 150 yards Sample knit in “Dragon Fruit,” large sizing (8”).
Small amount of waste yarn to hold thumb stitches.

Needle: US 5 (3.75mm), 40” (100cm) circular for magic loop, or DPNs of the same size OR needles to get gauge

Gauge: 11 st x 17 rows = 2” (5cm) on US 5 (3.75mm) in stockinette in the round. Sizing: S/M (7” (17.8cm) at knuckles); M/L (8” (20.3cm) at knuckles); 6” (15.2cm) long

Techniques Required: Increasing, cable cast on (for picot bind off), knitting, purling.
