Quilter's Cow Dishcloth
This pattern is the tenth in a series of “Quilter’s” patterns. All these patterns have the same number of stitches and rows so that they could be sewn into a blanket, if so desired. (I am not known for designing patterns of consistent dimensions.)
You will need one 50 gr ball of 100% cotton worsted weight yarn. The finished dimensions of this cloth are 9 1/4”W x 9”H and it weighs in at 43 gr. Only a basic understanding of knitting is required to knit most of this dishcloth: Cast on, cast off, knit and purl stitches. The tail tuft is an adapted loop stitch. I have included step by step directions along with pictures for the tuft. This video link shows how to make a basic loop, but I have added an extra couple of wraps.

For best results knitting ‘picture’ dishcloths, use a size or two smaller needle than you usually would for the given yarn, choose a solid colour yarn and block your finished dishcloth.
Thank you so much, Tunie, for test knitting yet another dishcloth for me!! You are so very much appreciated!
