Quimereon is an original concept of an Eevee evolution of the Dragon-type. Quimereon comes from the brilliant mind of Hannah Loveday (@kloversight). She also designed Eevee evolutions for Flying (Raptoreon), Bug (Mantoeon), and Ghost (Momenteon) types.
