Quotidiano Socks
Quotidiano Socks - Knitting Pattern Only
DESCRIPTION
The Quotidiano Socks were inspired by my desire to make a pair of socks that I would want to slip on everyday. These socks are knit cuff down using a heel flap and gusset heel including a slipped-stitch pattern for thickness and durability. The pattern uses knit and purl stitches and two colors of sock yarn to create a simple but aesthetically pleasing design that you can dress down or make a focal point of your outfit of the day.
This pattern has six sizes available (Baby, Kid, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large & Adult X-Large). A size for every family member!
SKILLS
This includes an advanced beginner level knitting pattern. The techniques involved are knit, purl, slipped stitches, p2tog, k2tog, m1 & ssk. There are step by step instructions for each part of the sock knitting process. All Frosia Knits patterns are written in standard US terms.
YARN
1 skein of your Main Color and 1 skein of your Contrasting Color of fingering weight/sock yarn. You will need about 40-245 yds (55-224 m) in your MC and 16 - 96 yds (15-88 m) in your CC. You can easily substitute any similar sock/fingering weight yarn, just make sure to check your gauge.
