✂ MATERIALS & SUPPLIES:

The toy can be crocheted from any yarn, but the most important thing is to choose the right hooks: the ratio of the thickness of the yarn and hooks should be 2:1 (the yarn for the body should be twice as thick as the yarn for the eyes) (the consumption of yarn can vary!).

✔ plush yarn (you may use any other yarn of similar weight and length):

• grey, 1 ball of main color 120 m/100 g (131 yds./3,5 Oz) (Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, Alize Softy Plus, etc.);
• light grey (for belly and muzzle) and pink (for inner part of the ears), less than a ball of each color, Alize Softy 115 m/ 50 g (125 yds./ 1.75 Oz) (using 2 threads together while crocheting to make it as thick as the main yarn);

✔ cotton/semi-cotton yarn (~330 m/100 g) (361 yds./3.53 Oz.) (YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold etc.) (for eyes) (yarn must be 2 times thinner than the one for the body):

• white;
• black;
• blue.

✔ thin thread like Iris (or divide thread for the eyes in half to make it thinner):

• the shade of the main yarn (for sewing body parts);
