Rabenda is part of the Studio TwentyTwo Hanakotoba Collection.

Worked in rows and seamed into a cowl, Rabenda incorporates a pretty variation of the shuttle stitch.

The sample is 9 inches deep and has a circumference of 24 inches after seaming (23 cm by 61 cm).

You can modify your cowl by working more or fewer repeats of the Lavender Blooms pattern and by varying the length of the piece before seaming.

The directions for the stitch patterns used are given first, followed by the instructions for the cowl itself.

US crochet terms are used throughout the pattern. The equivalent UK terms are referenced in the abbreviations.
