I loved the way this stitch pattern worked up in the sock. My husband decided that they looked like racing stripes, thus the name. To go with this name I striped the leg of the sock, however, this does not need to be done. The directions do not include the striping, however, to make the stripes like I did just change colors with the pattern repeat.

If contrasting toes, heels, cuff, or stripes are desired please change the yardage to reflect this change.
