  • Racing Stripes Scarf: About 2¾“ (7 cm) wide and 72” (183 cm) long, not including fringe.

  • Total Torque scarf: About 2¾“ (7 cm) wide and 70” (178 cm) long. Scarves will stretch lengthwise when worn.

Yarn: Lion Brand Glitterspun (60% acrylic, 27% cupro, 13% polyester; 115 yd (105 m)/1¾ oz 50 g; CYCA #4 medium).

  • Racing Stripes: #150 silver, 1 ball; #135 bronze, 1 ball.
  • Solid: #150 silver, 2 balls.
  • V-8: #150 silver, 1 ball.
  • Total Torque: #150 silver, 1 ball.

Yarn weight: #4 - Medium

Gauge: 11 sc = 4” (10 cm).

Needles: Hooks: Size I/9 (5.5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Exact gauge is not critical for scarves, although if your gauge varies widely from that given, you may have to purchase more yarn to complete your scarf.
