This pattern is inspired by the 80’s, being an 80’s baby, I have always loved the generation of neon brights. This dress has a sweetheart top with an empire waist and a 4 tiered ruffle skirt. The instructions include both written and photo tutorial. The sizing can be easily adjusted and sizing adjustments are indicated in the tutorial as well. I had so much fun designing this, it is definitely a head turner! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
