This crocheted triangle begins at the back of the neck and is worked in rows that radiate from there in a simple lace stitch. This shawl can be worked in any yarn and to any size you wish for making it a versatile pattern that can be used over and over with a variety of results

While any light to medium weight yarn can be used for this shawl, I recommend a 3 to 4ply (light fingering weight) for best results. You’ll need around 120g or 475m/520 yds.

Notes the shawl has a centre column of 2 trs. The shawl’s top edge is formed by 1tr + 1 turning ch worked as part of the pattern. Australian/English crochet terms are used so please use a conversion chart if you are in the USA
