Radio Liberty is the crescent version of Radio Free Europe. Choose one skein of high-contrast yarn for the Static (upper) section and one skein of solid, or semisolid, for the Waves (ruffle) section. A much larger needle is used for these stitch patterns (either #7 or #8 depending on your drape preference).
