Rag Tag is a cute and cuddly toy and could be used as a colour learning toy for both girls and boys. Use as many colours as you like.

This is a very easy to follow pattern with step by step photos for added guidance shuld it be needed.

You will need 200gms each of 2 main colours and just oddments in the other colours shown or colours of your own choice, all double knit or equivalent yarns.
Also needed: a good quality polyester fibre fill, 5mm knitting needles and a pair of safety eyes and buttons for decoration as long as the child isn’t too young.

Tension: Really not too important for toys, as long as your stitches aren’t too loose
