I made this reading character bookmark pattern for Raggedy Ann lovers everywhere. She is holding a heart that Andy gave her.

This is a fun bookmark to make

The crochet stitches include, sc, hdc, dc, tr, sl st and working in front and back loops. The pattern includes description of abbreviations and complete instructions.

It uses small amounts of crochet thread and any colors can be used so it is a great project to use up small amounts of crochet thread (34 yards being the most that is needed).

Other materials Needed:Small amount red (or choice of mouth and nose color) could also use embroidery floss
1 skeins red (or choice of hair color) embroidery floss
Small amount of polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle

Boye Steel Crochet hook size 1 (2.25mm). This is a larger size hook than usually used with thread crochet and makes working with thread crochet easier for those who are not comfortable with thread.

Washable fabric glue
