We hope you enjoy this free pattern created especially for the 2012 Rose City Yarn Crawl.

The hillsides just to the west of us, known as coastal rain shadow, provided the inspiration for this lacy neck warmer. An easy leaf lace stripe pattern makes it a quick knit. Worked at a relaxed gauge in pure baby alpaca, it becomes light and airy with a nice drape… just the right layer for cooler temperatures in Northwest Oregon.
