Suggested material for the bag
Yarn Weight: Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi)
e.g. Sugar ‘n Cream Solids and Denim by Lily
Yardage: 120 yards (110 meters)
Unit weight: 70 grams (2.47 ounces)
Gauge (crochet tension): 13 SC – 14 rows = 4”(10 cm)
Fibers: 100% Cotton
Texture: 4 single plies, S-plied, non-mercerized
Colors:
Small amount of: Yellow 0073, Orange 1628, Red 00095, Hot Pink 01740, Black currant 1318, Mod Blue 18111, Hot green 1712
You will need half ball of White 0001 and 35 grams (half ball) of Sage green 0084
You will need about 190 grams of yarn totally.
Hook: I used a hook 4.5 mm (U.S. hook 7)
Other materials: common sewing threads and needle, 4 holes buttons average 33 mm – 1 piece, 4 buttons average 1.5 cm, small amount of toy filling
Size of finished bag: the size of finished bag depends on used material and your style of crocheting. Please remember that, If you will use another material the size could be different
My bag’s measurement: 10,2 inches/26 cm height; 11 inches/28 cm width
Level of the pattern: intermediate/mediate.
You should know to crochet these stitches:
Chain (CH)
Slip stitch (SlSt)
Single crochet (SC)
Double crochet (DC)
