Since this is a rainbow pattern, you will need multiple colours to adjust to what you’d like. It’s a great stash buster so feel free to use what you have in a cotton yarn. I used an aran weight and only need a small amount for the rainbow colours. The bag you can make it in any colour combinations that you have already. :)

For the straps, I decided to sew them onto clip hooks and then clip onto the bag. You can also sew it directly onto the bag itself, just be sure you sew below the drawstring. Drawstring can also be one long string that you tie into a ribbon or joined so it’s a big circle you pull. :)
