This is a crochet pattern to make a Rainbow Bridge Wreath for your home or front door. The design was inspired by the traditional Rainbow Bridge Poem and a copy of the poem is included with the pattern for you to print and frame or mail to a friend.

Instructions are included to crochet the 14” wide wreath. You also receive directions to add a 4” by 6” framed photo of a beloved pet to the center of the wreath. Give this project as a gift to help console someone who has lost a pet or hang it in your home as a tribute to a dog or cat who has gone to the bridge.

Also included is a pattern to crochet a small set of angel wings. Use these to embellish the wreath or add them to our plant poke dog breed ornaments (patterns sold separately).
