This cozy will fit a 6 cup tea pot. The outer is knitted in a slip stitch pattern, with a stockinette stitch lining which is knitted separately.

You will require 25g of any DK yarn in seven shades (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue and violet) for the outer, plus 50g in a toning shade for the lining. Both outer and lining are knitted with yarn used double throughout.

Each 2-row stripe in the outer layer of the cozy requires around 1 meter of yarn.
