Rainbow Dreams
A fun cardigan with an all over lace pattern. I used a yarn advent calendar to knit this version but you can use one, two or more colours of any 4ply/fingering weight yarn. The cardigan is knitted in one piece for a warm, light-weight layering piece.

Materials:
Truly Hooked Standard Sock (4ply; 75% superwash merino wool/25% nylon; 425m/465yds per 100g skein) x 3 skeins. Shown in shade: 2023 Yarn Advent – I used 19 x 20g mini skeins (85m/93yds per 20g mini skein) for the largest size
OR
Sock yarn/4ply yarn/fingering weight yarn (425m/465yds per 100g) x 3 skeins
4mm (UK 8/US 6) knitting needles (80cm circular needles)

Easy/Intermediate (see skills required below).

Basic Skills: cast on, knit, k1 tbl
Decreases: k2tog, k2tog tbl, ssk, s2kpo
Increases: yo
Lace (using Chart or Written Instructions)

Length (stitches - before seaming): 104 (114, 124cm)/41½ (45½, 49½)in

Tension:
18 sts and 29 rows over 10cm/4in in lace pattern after blocking.
Exact tension is not essential but a difference in tension may affect the final size and amount of yarn used.
