Rainbow Gloves
A great way of using your left-over yarns is to knit them into colorful wearable objects. These knits are really good for trying out techniques, without having to fear spoiling good yarn to unfortunate mis-shapen knitwear. I like the way the purl stitches on the outside make the colors blend together. I like its baggy fit as well. Whenever and where-ever I am wearing these fun and funky gloves I get a lot of compliments.
These fingerless gloves are knit in the round and you will only need to purl for the ribbed edges. In the pattern I included instructions on how to do mini-cables without using a cable needle, and for those of you who have never knit a (fingerless) glove before the pattern contains a little tutorial on how to make a thumbhole in two different ways.
