Say Hi to Rory. She is a bright and cheery little rainbow cloud. Rory is sure to clear gray skies, and bring smiles to little faces.

I rate this pattern as intermediate. And while it uses basic crochet stitches, it does require a lot of patience and a bit of skill when it comes to sewing the pieces together. However if at any point you are stuck in the pattern, Please send me a message, and I will get back to you ASAP with the help you need.

Rory measures approx. 9 inches in across and 7 inches high. I have written this pattern with all the corresponding pictures on the last page, and have numbered them for easy reference. This will allow for more experienced makers to quickly work through the pattern, and for beginner makers to have the printed pictures ready to reference if need be. And lastly the colors I use are just a suggestion, to give you an idea. Of course you may choose whatever color combo you like.

SOME THINGS YOU WILL NEED:

4.5 mm hook size
To make this project I used color wheel yarn by loops and threads. It is a medium 4 weight yarn. But you can substitute any medium weight yarn in the colors of your choice.

  • 50 grams of white yarn.
  • A teeny bit of black medium
  • 25 g, color wheel bright mint.
25 g, color wheel light pink.
25 g color wheel purple pink yarn.
  • 25 g of pale yellow yarn
  • 25 g of color wheel light coral,
  • 25 grams of capri yarn by loops and threads in color grey….It’s called grey but has more of a pale indigo tone!

These are the exact colors I used, and the pictures represent the colors very well. So if you are unable to find these exact ones, you should be able to find suitable replacements.

Some polyfill for stuffing, And a tapestry needle for sewing all the pieces together as well as a good pair of scissors, snipping the ends.
