RAINBOW RAYS 18" Doll Set
This pattern takes advantage of beautiful variegated yarn these days plentiful in most stores and on line. The pattern is rather simple and works up very fast. It allows the yarn paint the magical picture of color.
The rainbow-rays like skirt and beret are complimented by airy solid color top. You are the artist and choosing matching colors is half the fun.
The garment made using this pattern will fit an average 18” doll such as an American Girl (AG), My Generation doll, Journey doll, Madame Alexander, Harmony doll and similar. It also contains information for sizing for a slimmer body doll such as Gotz and similar.
The project requires about 50 gr of light sports weight or baby weight variegated yarn for hat and skirt as well as about 25 gr of solid color either fingering weight yarn or #3 crochet cotton.
The pattern was written by talented Ukrainian crochet designer Viktoriya Isakina and translated and adapted by me. The pattern is being offered with exclusive permission of the designer.
