This is an adaptation of a pattern published in Inside Crochet - UK - magazine - all terminology has been changed to American terms and the yarn used is an American brand.

The afghan is a ripple pattern crocheted with 7 skeins of Brown Sheep Company Cotton Fleece. Each colour has 3 rows - 21 rows in each colour sequence. The width can be adapted to suit your needs but more or less yarn may be needed.
