This pattern is an easy to follow pattern. I decided to convert the Scroll Stitch for in the round and make a Tam with it.
This has not been test knit by anyone but me, if you find any errors, please let me know and I will fix them.
EDIT: It has come to my attention that not everyone likes hats so small. This pattern can be used with any yarn and appropriate needle sizes. You can also increase the amount of stitches on the needles if that is your preference. Sorry for the mishap
